Javril, Advanced Business Management & E-Commerce Grad

I have been in Canada for almost two years. I just finished my courses at Sprott-Shaw I got a job one week later! Now I am working at a real estate corporation as a marketing assistant. My supervisor is a western Canadian who can really help me improve my English skills. My favorite course at Sprott-Shaw was Marketing because I like business planning, company structure and organization. I believe I am becoming more efficient using what I have learned from school and am thankful to all of the teachers and staff at Sprott-Shaw.

Fenje, Hospitality & Tourism Management Grad

I was out of school for 13 years and in a job that was going nowhere. I wanted to change my life! I saw the Sprott-Shaw Community College ad in the paper, booked an appointment and started school right away. I gained confidence and began to feel great about myself knowing that I could do it, and I did it with Honors! I gained employment while attending school at the Prestige Hotel and six months after finishing school I found full time work at the Tickle Trunk & TTM events and now work as an associate event coordinator.

Takeshi, Hospitality & Tourism Management Grad

I came from Japan to Canada to take up schooling and chose Sprott-Shaw Community College. Going to school gave me in-depth knowledge of the industry I wanted to work in; Tourism. Now I get paid for what I love to do! Less than 2 months after graduating I found a job at the Sandman Hotels/Inns/Suites and currently work as a Front Desk Service Manager.
