Travel, Share our Culture, and Grow in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry
Career opportunities are wide open, just like BC’s great outdoors!
Tourists love British Columbia as much as we do! Take advantage of our booming tourism and hospitality industry by signing up for the International Hospitality Management program. You will learn how to effectively manage customer service and housekeeping at hotels, convention centres, or even international destinations. Choose to work in sales and marketing, food services, or human resources.
Graduates are employed by hotels, resorts, convention centres and restaurants. They assist with all aspects of guest services, presenting a positive impression of the business and industry. Workers in this industry are seen making hotel room reservations, registering arriving guests and answering inquiries regarding hotel or resort services in person, by mail, internet or telephone. Employees may also work in the Sales & Marketing, Human Resource department, Food & Beverage and Accounting departments, in both local and international hotels and resorts.
Many Sprott Shaw programs offer
