Career Advisor – Various Locations
Reporting to the Campus Director and Regional Director of Admissions, the Career Advisor plays an integral role in the Admissions Department of Sprott Shaw campus. This is an administrative position that includes a large customer service component.
Financial Administrator – Various Locations
Reporting to the Campus Director, the Financial Administrator provides financial and administrative support to the campus and Head Office; ensuring that each Sprott Shaw campus is reporting accurate financial information at each period end.
Employment Services Specialist – Various Locations
Reporting to the College Director with a dotted line to the Employment Services Manager, the Employment Services Specialist supports current students by facilitating job search training, following up with future graduates with solid career development advice and monitoring students’ progress on student loan repayment.
Administrative Assistant – Various Locations
Reporting to the Campus Director, the Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in the smooth and efficient operations of the Sprott Shaw campus. Usually, the first point-of-contact person, the Administrative Assistant will be the public’s first perception of the campus.
Practical Nursing Coordinator – Various Locations
Reporting directly to the Campus Director for staffing and operational issues and the PN/HCA Provincial Coordinator for PN and HCA curriculum, the PN Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations of the PN Program to meet the educational requirements for students registered in the programs.

College Director – Various Regions
Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the College Director serves as the leader, team-builder and operations manager of a Sprott Shaw College campus. The College Director also ensures that each Sprott Shaw campus is operating as efficiently as possible.
Medical Office Assistant Instructor – Penticton
Reporting to the Campus Director, the Instructor is responsible for delivering components of the courses to students. This is a part time position based in Penticton.
Reporting to the Director of Curriculum Development, the Adult Learner Instructor will responsible for delivering components of the Instructor Competency Program. This program offers learners a comprehensive set of practical and critical instructional skills from a learner-centered foundation.
